The handcrafted detail is what sold me—you can tell real care went into the casting, and it looks gorgeous sitting out on the shelf. It brews a solid two cups, and the cast iron holds heat beautifully for a slow afternoon.
The 0.65L size is perfect for two cups, and the cast iron holds heat so well you get a good second steep. It's genuinely a beautiful piece to leave out on the counter, not just tuck away in a cabinet.
The hand-painted details on the lid are even more delicate in person, and at 0.65L it's perfect for two generous cups. It's clearly been crafted by someone who cares, and the weight in your hands feels reassuringly solid.
