L'infusion de l'Élysée

The hibiscus comes through bold and tart, but the cherry and blueberry smooth it out into something really drinkable. I’ve been steeping it for five minutes each evening and the apple sweetness lingers just right.

Opened the box and that first whiff of hibiscus and cherry hit me instantly—such a pretty deep red brew. The apple rounds out the tartness nicely, and it's become my go-to afternoon pick-me-up when I want something fruity but not sweet.

The blue cornflower petals are what sold me — they make the cup look almost too pretty to drink, and the cherry and blueberry come through just enough to keep it from being overly sweet. I've been brewing it iced in the afternoon and it's become my little ritual.
