Hanya Rempah

Brewed a cup after dinner and the cinnamon hit exactly as promised—it's just spices, nothing else, which makes it feel clean and honest. The heat lingers nicely without being harsh, and I've already gone through half the box in a week.

I was a little intimidated by the "défi relevé" warning, but it's honestly a perfect spice bomb for cold evenings. The cinnamon comes through strong and warm, with no sweetness or filler to distract from the pure flavor.

Every sip tastes like a proper cinnamon stick was steeped right in, it's bold and warming without needing any sweetener. I've been brewing it after dinner and it's quickly become my favorite way to wind down.
