Darjeeling N°37

The amber liquor is stunning in the cup, and that gentle bitterness lingers just enough to keep things interesting without overpowering the floral side. I've been brewing it a bit longer than usual and it holds up beautifully, which is rare for a Darjeeling this delicate.

The floral notes really come through on the first sip, and that hint of bitterness at the end gives it a nice, grown-up edge. I've been brewing it a bit longer than the box suggests and the amber liquor stays smooth, not harsh at all. This one's earned a permanent spot in my afternoon routine.

Brewed this for the first time this morning and that amber liquor is genuinely stunning in the cup. The floral touch is there but that little bitterness at the end keeps it from being too sweet, which I really liked.
