The citrusy, herbal aroma fills the whole kitchen the moment the water hits the leaves, and the flavor is gentle but unmistakably calming. I brewed a cup an hour before bed and the orange blossom note really does linger nicely. It’s become my slow-down ritual.
Steeped this after a chaotic afternoon and the orange blossom really comes through soft and calming, while the thyme keeps it from feeling flat. It's become my go-to wind-down before bed, and the scent alone slows my pulse.
The lemon thyme gives it a lovely twist that most herbal teas lack, and the orange blossom leaves a soft, floral note that lingers nicely. I brewed a cup after dinner and it genuinely slowed my mind down before bed.
