The Grand Yunnan brings such a smooth, almost creamy depth to the blend that I’ve stopped adding milk entirely. It’s got enough backbone to wake me up but stays gentle enough for a second cup mid-morning.

I wasn't expecting the Grand Yunnan to stand out so clearly against the other two black teas, but the balance is genuinely impressive. It's got that deep, malty richness that makes a morning cup feel deliberate, and the organic sourcing is a nice bonus.

That trio of black teas hits different in the morning—the Grand Yunnan's malty depth carries beautifully into the other two, and it steeps a rich, coppery cup that actually wakes you up without any bitterness. I've already gone through half the pouch in a week, which says a lot.
