Steeped it for four minutes and the cup had that high-altitude brightness you’d expect from a garden planted at nearly 1,000 meters. Rich, smooth, and it’s become my go-to for slow mornings.

The first sip instantly takes me up that mountain—this is the closest I’ll get to trekking without leaving my kitchen. The brew is smooth and deep, and even after three infusions it keeps giving, which is rare for a black tea. Definitely my new go-to for slow afternoons.
