Thé vert menthe-citron

Fresh without being sharp, this is the first mint tea I've had where the green tea actually holds its own. I brewed it for three minutes and the balance was perfect, with a clean finish that lasted a while. Good enough that I've already ordered another bag.

The vegetal notes really come through in the first sip, and the mint stays subtle enough that it doesn't turn into toothpaste. I've been brewing it at a slightly lower temperature and the finish stays surprisingly smooth.
