Rooibos Amêndoa

The rooibos base is so smooth that the almond almost sneaks up on you, like a slow, cozy hug. I’ve made a pot every evening since it arrived, and the sweetness needs zero honey. Perfect for winding down.

The almond flavor comes through warm and nutty without ever turning bitter, which is exactly what I hoped for in a rooibos blend. I’ve been brewing it every evening and the sweetness is so natural that I don’t even reach for honey anymore.

Opened the bag and the almond smell hit me right away, sweet but not cloying. Made a pot for a lazy Sunday afternoon and it brewed up smooth with no bitterness, even after steeping a few extra minutes. This one’s going in the regular rotation.
