I sydöstra Kina har ett hantverk förts vidare i över hundra år: den omsorgsfulla formningen av ekologiskt kinesiskt grönt te till små, delikata pärlor, redo att bryggas. De silverfärgade knopparna i detta ekologiska naturliga gröna te är parfymerade med färskplockade jasminblad. De rullas sedan skott för skott, pärla för pärla. Ett riktigt konstverk!

Som en symbol för förfining är Jade Pearls med jasmin också överraskande. De kan bryggas inte en, inte två... utan upp till 5 till 6 gånger i rad, under totalt 20 minuter. Vid varje ny bryggning avslöjar de sig mer och frigör sin intensiva jasminnot. Vårt vänskapliga tips? Använd en infuser som är tillräckligt stor för att låta bladen veckla ut sig... innan du njuter.
