The little wooden tong tucked in the set is surprisingly sturdy and makes scooping the loose leaves feel much more elegant than my usual spoon. Both teas brew a deep, rich cup that stays smooth even after a few minutes steeping.
The bergamot and citrus notes in the Bouquet de Fleurs are so bright and lively, and the loose-leaf format makes each cup feel like a real treat. The little pince à thé clamps on snugly, which makes measuring out a serving way easier than I expected.
The bergamot and citrus notes in the Bouquet de Fleurs N°108 are beautifully balanced, not at all sharp. I also appreciate that the tongs feel sturdy enough for everyday use, though I mostly just use my fingers. This set makes the whole brewing ritual feel a bit more special.
