The immunity sachet got me through a week of late nights without that usual crash, and the sleep one actually knocked me out in under 20 minutes. I like that it’s all fruit-flavored so it doesn’t feel like I’m taking medicine.

The packaging makes it easy to keep up with my routine—each sachet is labeled clearly, so I grab the immunity one in the morning and the sleep one at night. I’ve already noticed I’m not as wiped out after work, and the berry taste is a nice break from chalky supplements.

The fruit flavors actually make these daily health mixes enjoyable instead of a chore — I’ve been alternating the immune and sleep pouches without getting tired of them. The box itself is well laid out, so it’s easy to grab the right sachet before bed.
