The lemon really comes through alongside the bergamote—it’s like two citrus notes dancing together. I’ve been brewing it a bit longer than usual and it holds up without turning bitter, which is rare for an Earl Grey. Perfect for my afternoon cup.
Bergamote and lemon hit you right away, and it's bold without turning bitter even after a long steep. The dry leaf smell alone is worth the price, and it's become my go-to morning cup.
The citrus punch is stronger than any Earl Grey I've tried before, so if you like lemon, this one's a winner. I steeped it for three minutes and the bergamot still came through bright and tangy without turning bitter. Already ordered a second pouch.
